Basic Feature Set
Anonymous Call Rejection Lets users always block calls from people who have caller ID blocked, a busy tone is played.
Call Forwarding Busy Lets users forward calls to a specific telephone number when they are on the phone.
Call Forwarding - No Answer Lets users forward calls to a specific telephone number when they do not answer their phone.
Call Forwarding - Fixed to VoiceMail Same feature behavior as "Do Not Disturb."
Call Forwarding - Unconditional Lets users forward all calls to a specified number.
Call Hold Lets users place an active call on hold.
Call Logs Lets users view a list of the last ten for missed, incoming and outgoing calls.
Call Waiting Plays an audible tone to indicate that an incoming call is waiting. A user can then put the existing call on hold and accept the other call or can alternate between the two calls.
Caller ID Lets users see the name of the caller if the caller's number is in the user's contacts list. Otherwise, the number of the caller is displayed.
Click-to Call Portal Lets users call any number displayed in their call lists or contacts list from the portal.
Click to Email Lets users send an email message to a caller from the portal call logs or voicemail log.

DID (Direct Inward Dial) Allows users to receive calls using a standard format for local, national, or international numbers.
DOD (Direct Outward Dial) Lets users place outgoing calls using a standard format for local, national, or international numbers.
Do Not Disturb Lets users specify 'do not ring this phone' from a button on the phone set, or from the portal by sending all calls to voice mail.
Hunt Groups A series of numbers to which calls ring when the previous number tried does not answer.
Intercom Calling Lets users talk to one another via the telephone using 4-digit dialing.
Last Call Return Lets users automatically redial the number of the last incoming call using a feature code (*).
Music on Hold Provides incoming callers with music while on hold for any reason, such as call transfer, conference, call hold, or call park.
Personal User Profile Lets users change personal information such as phone numbers and home address in their profile.

Voicemail Integration Lets users access voicemail messages from the phone and view messages from the portal.
E-mail Notification The voicemail message may be sent with the e-mail notification as a .wav file attached to the e-mail message body.
MWI Notification Service Subscribers can be notified via a stutter dial-tone when they receive a new message.
Voice Mail General Access Number A subscriber dials a General Access Number to access voice mail from a remote location.

Personal Address Book Subscribers can create an address book using the User Portal. Contacts can be accessed by telephone to send messages and place calls. Subscribers can import and export contacts to and from their address book using a comma separated value (CSV) file format.
